Our client is growing and as such need to add to their already well established Human Resource division.
In this role you will deal primarily with employee relations and ensuring that the company is protected and the employees are well taken care of and that any issues that they have are met and taken care of.
This is a demanding and fast paced position as with any growing company there are often issues that arise due to growth period and when all is positive growth that in turn can add to the already demading role.
You will be reporting to the Human Resource manager and this opportunity offers great growth opportunity and very enjoyable atmosphere. As this is a confidential search the location can not be disclosed but we can say that it is about 1 hour outside of HRM and relocation to the area would be most desirable.
We are searching for an HR Professional that has approximately 10 years of experince with 5 of those years being in the Employee Relations area. A certification in HR or degree is required.
