Building Systems Install Sales Representative (Moncton, NB)
Our client, a world leader in the HVAC / Building Automation Systems market place, is looking for a successful Sales Representative experienced in the building construction and/or building systems industry. Utilizing both strong customer relationship skills, and new business hunting skills, this position presents a great opportunity for further career growth for the right sales executive.
Job Summary / Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Building Solutions Install Sales in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and P.E.I.
· Supporting sales campaigns
· Consultant coverage with respect to BAS (building automation system) and integrated systems.
· Support to existing customer base with regard to BAS, Security, Fire Alarm and Integrated Systems Solutions.
· Participation in trade shows and expositions
Qualifications:
· Completed College and/or University education
· Extensive knowledge of building technology systems with a focus on HVAC BAS systems.
· Sound understanding and experience with general business principles, sales and mechanical building systems.
· Min of 5 years industry-related selling experience
· Proven record of sales success
· Knowledge of Sales-cycle management
· Experience in proposal/RFP writing and executive-level presentations
· Fluent in MS Office
