Inside Sales Representative – HVAC/Industrial Sales - Halifax

Our client is a leading distributor of HVAC equipment representing major international suppliers in air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, heat recovery and geothermal. We are very pleased to be representing this client who is growing in Atlantic Canada and has the requirement to add an experienced Inside sales representative in the Halifax office to support the local sales team. This position will report to the local Branch Manager.

The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced inside sales/counter representative within the HVAC (or related) marketplace.

Job Summary / Responsibilities:

·         Provide sales and sales administration support to the Halifax branch!

·         Assist with responses to RFP`s, tender, etc.

·         Truly be the office “go-to” resource for sales related enquiries and support.

·         Maintain, and strengthen customer relations with Mechanical Consulting Engineering firms, Construction Contractors and other targeted accounts.

·         Deliver excellence in customer service and assistance in the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5 years HVAC (or related) inside sales / counter representative

·         HVAC technology training or CET

·         Strong organization and coordination skills

·         Strong oral and written communications ability

·         Customer relationship management

·         Attention to detail

·         Analytical thinker
