Technical Service Delivery Manager

Our client, one of Atlantic Canada’s leading technology service providers, has a fantastic opportunity to join their team in the role of Technical Service Delivery Manager. Your expertise and proven experience as a customer-centric, go-to Project Management resource make you the star candidate we need. This role is all about the day-to-day interaction with their key clients, and ensuring a superb level of customer service.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Build customer relationships and be the client “go to person” on service delivery for Major Accounts.
• Understand the customer’s network and business and assist in service planning.
• Deliver Quarterly Customer support reports
• Gather direct customer feedback and provide feedback related to process gaps, and improvement opportunities back to the Customer Service Centre Management team.
• Assume account ownership from sales on new accounts
• introduce new customers to our suite of services
• Own the service delivery transition from planning to delivery, and beta phase completion.
• Act as Project Manager on Customer Projects with completed Statements of Work (SOW); managing schedules, budgets, and IT resources
• Champion internal projects that support  continuous improvement within the customer support organization

The ideal candidate will:

·         Have a well defined background within the technology sector

o    Minimum of 5 years related work experience

·         Possess a university degree and/or completion of industry-related professional development.

·         Have direct experience working with a technology sales force

o    Either pre and/or post sales efforts.

·         Have a Great work ethic where success is the only option

·         Have a HIGH level of Attention to detail

·         Are a leader and multi-tasker

·         Are Professional in appearance

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Are a True TEAM PLAYER and demonstrate dedication to customer
