CAD Expert
Our client is growing and has a fantastic opportunity to join their team in the role of CAD Specialist. This role is all about the day-to-day interaction with their key clients, and ensuring a superb level of customer service.
The ideal candidate is an individual with a mechanical background passionate about helping organizations leverage their full AutoCAD application potential. Additionally, you have experience providing CAD leadership to coach and support technical applications with AutoCAD users.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Teach CAD applications.
- Manage installation requirements.
- Analyze and innovate customization needs.
- Provide troubleshooting services.
- Be aware of relevant best practices.
- Coordinate and provide on and off-site courses
The ideal candidate will:
· Minimum 2 year community college technology training and certification.
· Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting, customization, 3D modeling).
· Lisp and/or VBA knowledge is an asset.
· Knowledge of MS Windows & Office environment.
· PC knowledge and maintenance is an asset.
· Desire to travel within Atlantic Canada.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Have a Great work ethic where success is the only option
· Have a HIGH level of Attention to detail
· Are a leader and multi-tasker
· Are Professional in appearance
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Are a True TEAM PLAYER and demonstrate dedication to customer
